-Rotary Indexing Table: At the core of the rotary transfer machine is a circular indexing table that holds and positions multiple workpieces. This table rotates in defined increments to move the workpieces from one machining station to another.

Working Principle: 

--Workpiece Loading: The operator loads raw workpieces onto the rotary indexing table at the loading station. 

--Indexing and Machining: The indexing table rotates to position each workpiece at the first machining station. The machining operations are performed simultaneously or sequentially by the tools at that station. 

--Progressive Transfer: After completing the operations at a station, the indexing table rotates again, transferring the workpiece to the next machining station. This process continues until all required operations are executed. 

--Unloading: Once all machining operations are completed, the finished workpieces are moved to the unloading station for removal by the operator or for further processing.
